Level, Prime and the reward

Weekly Care Package is CS2’s weekly reward for Prime accounts. Eligibility is linked to the first profile level-up of the weekly cycle. The panel displays progression and separately checks whether a reward offer is available.

A level-up does not mean the items are already in the inventory. Distinguish between a required level-up, an available reward and a collected reward. The Rewards section shows the next reset in your computer’s time zone.

Collecting an available reward

  1. Open Rewards and select an account in the queue on the left.
  2. Use Refresh options if needed, then wait for the check to complete.
  3. Inspect the items and their selection costs. A normal selection usually contains two items, but the available selection points determine what can be claimed.
  4. Review the selection summary and choose Collect selected. Wait for confirmation.

Automatic collection has its own settings

Reward settings let you enable or disable automatic collection. The panel recommends a set using available prices. If the information needed for a safe choice is incomplete, collection can remain manual.

An egg or feed can use both selection points. Automatic collection of these rewards has a separate switch, disabled by default. Manual selection remains available independently. Always check the total selection cost before confirming.

Changes to automatic reward settings take effect on the next farming run. To collect a particular selection now, use manual collection for that account.

If the result is unclear

Statistics and history shows confirmed collections and the value of items with known prices. The total describes those particular rewards, not guaranteed weekly revenue.

If a network error appears after confirming, refresh the state and check the history first. Do not repeat the claim blindly. If a reward is unavailable, check Prime, weekly progress and the account message. Send unclear cases to support with the safe event code.
