Terms of use

1. Service operator

These Terms govern use of the website, dashboard, DKPanel and SteamVault. The DKPanel project is the seller of digital access and the service operator. The Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and the Payment and Refund Policy.

2. Availability and lawful use

A customer may purchase and use the products only where software automation, Steam-related activity and cryptocurrency payments are lawful. Customers are responsible for checking local restrictions and third-party platform rules.

3. Products and local data

DKPanel is a local Windows x64 application that automates a workflow with Steam accounts and CS2 clients controlled by the customer. SteamVault is a separate local inventory application. Game accounts, passwords, Steam Guard secrets and local working databases are not uploaded to the web dashboard.

4. Account and security

• Provide a working email address and keep the password confidential.
• Do not transfer the dashboard or licence to another person or bypass technical limits.
• Change the password and contact support immediately if unauthorised access is suspected.
• The customer is responsible for account activity until support is notified.

5. Plan, duration and machines

The current price, currency and number of days are shown before checkout and fixed for that order. One DKPanel subscription permits one machine; additional machines require separate subscriptions. Plans have a fixed term, do not renew automatically and end on the displayed date unless a new period is purchased.

6. Digital delivery

For a real payment, access appears in the dashboard after the payment provider reports a final paid status. Returning from a payment page does not by itself confirm payment. Once a subscription is issued, the customer binds it to one machine through the DKPanel activation flow.

7. Test mode

When checkout is clearly marked as a test, no funds are charged and no purchase takes place. A preview licence issued without payment is for flow testing, may have quantity or feature limits, and may be ended, revoked or reset by the DKPanel project.

8. Steam, Valve and automation risk

DKPanel is an independent product and is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, Steam and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Automation and multiple clients may conflict with Steam rules and may lead to account restrictions. DKPanel does not guarantee restriction-free use, specific income, reward volume or performance on every machine.

9. Acceptable use

• Use only accounts and data that you are authorised to control.
• Do not use the products for hacking, data theft, fraud, unlawful activity or infringement of third-party rights.
• Do not interfere with or seek unauthorised access to DKPanel infrastructure.
• Meet the stated Windows, Steam, CS2, network, hardware and client-version requirements.

10. Restriction and termination

DKPanel may suspend or end access for a breach, security threat, fraud, unlawful use, licence circumvention or a binding legal request. Where a restriction results from a confirmed customer breach, an unused period does not by itself create a refund right.

11. Availability and liability

Products are provided as available. DKPanel takes reasonable steps to correct verified defects but does not control the availability of Steam, CS2, blockchain networks, payment providers or other third-party platforms. Mandatory consumer rights and liability remain available to the extent required by applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

A new edition is published on this page with its date and version. Material changes apply to new orders from publication; mandatory law takes precedence.
